A Legend coming from behind

Waters first approached the music world in 1987 as a behind-the-scenes worker, writing demos for a production team known as the Basement Boys, securing a writing contract with Mercury Records in 1989 and began penning songs for recording artists.

The song "Gypsy women" was one of the biggest songs to hit clubs in the 90s. It was a number one on the Hot dance club songs for 3 weeks and peaked 8 on the hot 100. Later 1994 the hit "100% pure love" peaked 11 on the hot 100 chart and was listed for 45 weeks. Waters had other number one singles such as " What i need" "Relax" and "Makin happy" in 1991
